Production Development Assistant 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of manufacturing and operations processes;
• Draft and review SOPs, manufacturing protocols, and other related documents;
• Draft and review quality system documentation;
• Evaluate process efficiency, record and evaluate data, and report on findings;
• Support process improvement plans;
• Assist in production operation and records management;
• Assist in equipment/ process/ product validation and verification;
• Develop floor plans, work flow charts, and material flow plans;
• Support in facility and equipment management;
• Cooperate with R&D and QA/QC for product development;
• Assist in the technology transfer process.

Job Specifications: 

• Bachelors of Sciences;
• Having 1 or 2 years working experience in operations or manufacturing is preferable;
• Well-organized, detail-minded, able to work independent and multi-tasking;
• Strong problem solving, analytical and reporting skills;
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin.
