PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role is to assist the sales manager for order processing and to provide professional customer service.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist sales and purchase team, prepare quotation and documents
• Handle order raised and processing within time frame, included production, shipment and documentation
• Daily communication with factory, ensure orders are in normal status and on-time delivery of products
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondences

REQUIREMENTS

• Good interpersonal skills to work with China factory
• Well-organized and good communications skill
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Aggressive and positive working attitude
• Must be fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Relevant experience in printing industrial is in advance (but not necessary)
• Immediate available preferred
