Job Description

• Report to Marketing Lead
• Coordinate with branch offices for the licensing and regulations of products and the selling locations, to match the business needs
• Support teams in operation to maintain and provide accurate products and branch-related records and analysis reports for business development and target achievement
• Prepare product technical write up and product specification, ensure product formulation and label comply with legal requirements, support product registration
• Prepare design brief for packaging design development
• Prepare Product Sharing Section Speaker Events
• Occasional travel overseas may be required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

• Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines
• 1 year or above for the Coordinator, 3 years or above for the officer
• Experiences in product development in MLM, Retails or FMCG will be highly advantaged 
• Proficient in computer skills and operational system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to secure support and contribution from a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess and identify members’ needs to enhance quality of service
• Able to handle multi-tasks and seasonal workload, out-going, self-motivated and proactive
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Less experiences with passtion in MLM industries would be also considered for junior position
• Immediate available or short notice is recommeneded
