Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Boutique size garment trading company
- Main items : woven / outerwear / sportswear / knit / casual wear / fashion wear items
- Main market : US and Europe
- Partner factory : Shenzhen
- We are looking for ASST MERCHANDISING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Minimum 5 years Merchandising experience in Woven/ Outerwear/ Sportswear/Knits / Casual wear/ Fashion Wear items
- Strong product knowledge to work with designers and garment factories to turn out quality products with justifiable value.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill to work with both suppliers and buyers.
- Textile & Clothing Certificate or similar qualification in Technical Institute is preferable
- Good written and spoken English / Cantonese / Chinese / Mandarin
- Report to Director
- Lead one Merchandiser to provide professional merchandising service to assigned customers
- Follow-up and monitor the whole merchandising flow within the team from development stage to shipment by in-depth technical knowledge in raw materials.
- Liaise with China factory and work closely with Hong Kong buying team for managing sourcing requirements, TNA monitoring and costings
- Enjoy working in a small but fast pace office environment
- Some Shenzhen trip when free HK/China border
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
- Annual leave : 15 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefit
