Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- OEM/ODM toys manufacturer
- Guangdong factory : 3000-4000 workers
- Main markets : US, Europe and Japan
- We are looking ASST COSTING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Negotiate & deal with Toy customers/suppliers for costing role to maximize profitability
- Prepare product costing and gather competitor intelligence to effectively counter competitor offerings
- Manage Material & Product cost activities including cost analysis and price negotiation.
- Manage sourcing network, to ensure materials quality and costing.
- Initiate and execute plans to reduce cost and inventory
- Minimum 5 years costing experience in toys
- Strong knowledge in major materials in toys
- PC proficient in Word and Excel
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- China trip is required when free HK/China border
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
