Responsibilities: 

1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Prepare monthly management accounts.
3. Reconcile monthly A/R, A/P, banks’ records with customer, supplier and banks’ statement.
4. Prepare monthly A/R Aging report and assist Account Receivables matters.
5. Preform treasury function including arrangement of cheques payment and check supporting document, fund transfer and L/C arrangement (few transaction).
6. Prepare cash and bank position.
7. Reconcile inter-company transactions.
8. Handle ad-hoc tasks relating to financial reporting and assist annual audit. 

Requirements: 

1. LCCI higher / Diploma in accounting or related discipline.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in manufacturing account is preferable.
4. Excellent knowledge in MS Excel formulations.
5. Experience in ERP “Yonyou 用友” system is an absolute advantage.
6. Immediate available highly preferred.
