Responsibilities:

• To handle the Council's corporate networking functions, outreach programmes, CSR activities and public relations services
• To liaise with internal and external parties for execution of corporate functions and related services
• To design (plan & manage) and support the development of corporate event initiatives, including guest invitation and post event services
• To liaise with internal and external partners and provide logistics and operational support for the team to facilitate successful project execution
• To source and develop corporate souvenirs to showcase Hong Kong design or Hong Kong story
• To maintain and enhance the corporate VIP database for guest invitation
• To monitor the daily news clipping for updating TDC stakeholders’ capacities

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 2 years’ solid working experience in event management
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.  Fluent in Putonghua
• Good time management skill, able to handle multi-task effectively
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
• Resourceful, proactive, and willing to work long hours
• Customer-orientated and outgoing with strong interpersonal skill
• Mature, presentable and attentive to details
• Good knowledge of catering services will be an added advantage

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
