Job Description

Role & Responsibility: 

1) Oversee all visual merchandising activities in HK/MO/TW markets, VM execution for local campaign (HK/MO/TW)
2) According to the brand visual identity and product positioning, responsible for the overall planning of visual & product presentation in store, production of display guidelines, PVS training, implementation and supervision, follow-up working.
3)Create visually inspiring in-store and window displays

4)Follow up the display of seasonal new launch and related promotional activities, effectively share the display strategic direction according to the support required by the store, complete the internal VM plan, and effectively organize training.
5)Responsible for the supervision of the replacement of store light box posters, POP and follow up the production and installation of post-printing.
6)Responsible for the store deco creation, display inside and outside the store, and the implementation and layout of the plan during the festival and large-scale activities of the store
7)Arrange regular store visit tour, manage the display and maintenance visual image of store, check the display of stores/new store open/visit stores in the region regularly.
8)Coordinate and implement all visual affairs in the store, responsible for the control, management and distribution of display props orders in the area.
9)According to the annual store opening plan from BD, carry out the Layout review planning of new store, as well as the Layout of commodity display, and support of display props. If necessary, need with practical display in store, and deal with related store VM working later. 
10)Responsible for the collection, update and management of daily data related to VM store.
11)Develop and implement displays for marketing events.
12)Budget control on the Global and Local display orders, and handle the travel  budget in the responsible region.
13)Close communication/cooperation with relevant departments to complete the daily executed and follow-up issues of the store;
14)Complete other tasks assigned by VM manager, assisting to develop local VM strategy direction.
15)Ensure that stores having implemented VM as per global guidelines
負責香港、澳門、台灣地區視覺陳列相關事宜。
根據品牌視覺規範和產品定位,負責店鋪視覺陳列的總體策劃與設計、陳列指引的製作、PVS培訓、執行與實施督導,做好後續歸檔的工作;
針對季節性上新及相關促銷活動的陳列跟進工作,根據門店所需的支援,有效分享陳列戰略方向,完成內部執行計畫,以及有效的組織培訓;
負責店鋪內畫面、燈箱海報、POP更換執行監督,跟進後期印刷的製作及安裝工作等;
負責店鋪節日、各商場大型活動期間的賣場氛圍營造及店內外展示,及其方案實施、佈置工作等;
定期市場巡店安排,管理店鋪視覺形象的展示與維護,區域新店/巡店/上新定期檢查陳列相關事務;
協調並執行店鋪內所有與視覺相關的事務,負責區域陳列道具訂單控制與管理及分發;
根據BD年度的開店計畫,進行新開店Layout審圖規劃以及商品陳列佈局,陳列道具支持,必要時候需到店實操,且跟進後期相關開店工作;
負責VM店鋪相關日常資料的收集及更新,管理;
負責綫下活動的相關陳列策劃與執行
預算控制,針對所負責區域有關Global以及Local陳列訂單和預算合理把控,以及日常市場巡店的差旅計畫密切與相關部門溝通/合作,共同完成店鋪日常執行及下發後續事項
完成上級交辦的其他工作,協助VM 經理開發本地VM 策略方向;
確保店鋪的陳列執行達到全球陳列規範.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing or Visual Merchandising or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising with regional exposure, preferably within jewellery, fashion, accessories, luxury brand
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage精通MS Office、Adobe Creative為佳
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Other Asian language skills is highly desirable
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-pace work environment and can work with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • A creative flair with an eye for style
