Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team to execute and participate in campaigns of all PR communications, advertising, press event, trunk show, pop-up and etc.
- Maintain media & influencer relations and manage contents communicated on different channels
- Monitor media coverage
- Prepare post-campaign reports and other monthly reports
- Invoices and inventory management
- Handle day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Assist in market research and identifying relevant media / influencer /vendors
Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing or event experience; in luxury retail industry is a plus
- Creative, presentable and detail-minded
- Excellent organization and time management skills, able to work multi-tasks under tight schedules
- Shows positive interaction with co-workers, a good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediately available is highly preferred
