Job Description

The Job :

Drive, develop and execute CRM advertising and promotion campaign
Propose and implement effective CRM strategies, member programs & events for member recruitment, acquisition, engagement & retention
Support in CRM data analysis and report generation for identifying target segmentation for CRM initiatives
Review CRM KPI, conduct market research and present findings to address business issues, facilitate CRM program planning and uncover market opportunities & threats
Facilitate automation of promotions with the collaboration with IT department
Assist in budget control and post-campaign evaluation
Work closely with internal departments and other BUs to ensure the CRM works effectively and ensure smooth execution of designated programs

You will be a GOOD FIT for us if you are :

University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
2-3 years’ experience in CRM or market research, solid experience in FMCG or retail industry will be an advantage
Strong CRM / loyalty programs background preferred
Strong statistical & analytical skills, sensitive to numbers
Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
Creative mindset with good communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Excel with knowledge SAS/SQL or related databases will be an advantage
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
