Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assists in organizing PR and social functions;
Provides support to publication and committee work; and
Assists in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

University degree with at least 1 year experience in journalism, communication, public relations or related disciplines;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Executive Officer;
Familiar with MS Office and social media platforms;
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
With hands-on experience in preparing communications materials including press releases, media responses;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, highly independent, able to deliver on target, flexible in work and work under pressure;
Effective teamwork, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential; and
Immediate available is preferred.
