Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation of strategic sales and marketing plan for the company’s residential projects
  • Execute effective branding, marketing and promotional campaigns and materials to project premium brand image
  • Work closely with different external vendors (including advertising agencies, media agencies, PR firms, media sales, renderers, reporters etc.) for the production of high-quality marketing deliverables within set time frame
  • Liaise with the press for positive publicity
  • Media planning across multiple channels, including traditional, digital and social media channels
  • Ensure compliance against related legislations and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and monitor expenditures
  • Conduct relevant market research, monitor and analyse latest trends for market intelligence
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Real Estate or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of sales and marketing experience, with exposure to residential sales and marketing
  • Solid experience in the execution of marketing campaign for development projects, from creative briefing, planning and execution to budget preparation
  • Passionate to manage and drive new initiatives, with interest in lifestyle, residential design and marketing
  • Independent while being a good team player
  • Proactive, self-motivated, creative, flexible, attention to details
  • Strong in project and time management
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Familiar with First-hand Sales Ordinance
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Manager – Sales (Marketing)
