Job Description
Responsibilities

- Managing the order cycle of Client Development Tools for APAC region
- Consolidate gifting orders (e.g. local celebration, relational, collection launch, event gifts), collaterials (e.g. Lookbook) from 13 countries
- Delivery tracking of all gifts & collaterals from Paris to each countries
- Consolidate the feedback report of all gifting orders
- Supporting Dior Magazine Campaign
- Cooperate with Paris team & vender to facilitate the order & on-time delivery of Dior Magazine
- Share the guideline and provide instant support to the preparation of Dior Magazine campaign
- Consolidate the Dior Magazine samples and share to Paris team
- Monitor the distribution performance of Dior Magazine
- Preparing the digital tools of client activation, events & special occasion
- Assist to prepare the digital card, newsletter or evite per request
- Store Locator Maintenance
- Assist to update the store locator on Dior.com per request
- Administration Support
- Support any administration or mailing tasks per request
- University or College Degree in relevant field
- Min 5 years relevant working experience in the high-end niche market
- Retail product knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential
- Ability to speak Mandarin and a second language would be an advantage
- Highly innovative and creative with constant drive for improvement and a passion for customer centricity
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic and able to multi task, able to meet aggressive deadlines under pressure with limited resources
- Organized, accurate and highly detail orientated
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, working gracefully with others even when under pressure
