Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle public communications through audience hotline, letters, facsimiles and emails
- To assume the role of a frontline staff by providing quality customer service when answering audience enquiries and suggestions
- Maintain and update the audience hotline
- Assist in the execution of corporate and community events with a view to promoting the Company’s corporate image when necessary
- Perform other duties as and when required
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Communications or Public Relations
- Fresh graduate or with 1 year’s relevant working experience or tertiary level with 3 years’ working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English with level 4 or above in HKDSE; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
- Mature, confident and eloquent with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
