Responsibilities:

• Lead communication strategy and content development to accelerate brand presence
• Partner with local brand team and regional marketing team to deliver consistency in brand equity and messaging to consumers
• Work closely with agencies to optimize the media investment and improve brand SOV
• Initiate local consumer campaign to ensure brand is visible to our target consumer and maximization of regional & global assets
• Develop and implement social media & ecommerce calendar to achieve company objectives
• Develop influencer marketing strategy and activations ideas to create social buzz
• Coordinate performance tracking & analytics of campaign performance and provide insight to improve future campaign

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ business management or related discipline
• Over 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or advertising agency experience, expertise in social and digital media
• Strong understanding of digital landscape, latest trends and innovations for Asia and Hong Kong platforms
• Passion in Beauty and FMCG industry
• A creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Possess hands on PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
