Copywriter / Communications Officer

Job Description:

• Assist in school communications such as writing, editing and distributing content, including publications, press releases, newsletters, annual school reports, speeches, scripts, letters and circulars, etc. that communicates the School's activities
• Assist in drafting school’s all kinds of internal and external memos/emails and other daily communications
• Assist in proofreading and editing school teaching and learning materials to ensure content accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing/corporate communications/ translation
• Candidate with Grade B or above for Chinese and English in HKCEE/HKAL or 5* or above for Chinese and English in DSE is preferred
• Excellent English & Chinese writing and storytelling skills; with the ability to simplify complex information into compelling language
• In-depth understanding of printed and digital media, copy-writing required
• Solid working experience in editorial, media, marketing agency or school preferred
