Job Description
Responsibility
1. CRM program:
All applications and data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used exclusively for recruitment purposes. Only short listed candidates will be invited for interview. The company will retain the applications for a maximum period of 24 months and may refer suitable candidates to other vacancies within the Group.
1. CRM program:
- Assist in preparing CRM plan and strategies to achieve company goal
- Cross-brands offers management, e.g. marketing calendar, offer summary, execution and coordination
- Offer system settings input, QA and coordination with internal and external parties
- In-app promo planning, design, coordination & execution, e.g. inbox messages, popup ad, promotion banners, etc
- In-store key visuals and POSM planning, design, coordination & execution
- Perform UAT tests, to optimize CRM system and improve app UX
- Assist in analysing CRM data, including campaign results in order to improve future strategics and campaigns
- Explore joint promotion partners and opportunities, e.g. banks, delivery platforms, marketplace, etc
- Coordinate with external parties and internal brands to execute joint promotions
- Evaluate and track effectiveness of joint promotion tactics
- Degree graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce
- Experience in retail, FMCG or digital agency is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- A team player, detail-minded, independent with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fast learner with good analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills
- More experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
