Key elements of the job will involve:

• Content development of PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, press release, website, etc.;
• To facilitate media events and interviews as well as to build media relationships;
• Execute corporate communications programs and events including awards strategy and CSR events to enhance brand awareness
• To support implementation of marketing communications activities such as advertisement placement, promotional campaign;
• Co-ordinate with service providers including production houses, premium suppliers, media and agencies, etc.;
• To assist ad hoc projects assigned by superior

The ideal candidate should be a :

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Translation, Language or other related disciplines;
• 1-2 years working experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Corporate Communications; 
• Detail-minded, good organizational skills and the ability to take up projects independently; 
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong computer literacy, well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge and experience in financial industry will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Communications Officer
