Administration Officer (Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execution of marketing communications
• Assist in marketing activities such as managing logistics for exhibitions/seminars, advertisement design and press release writing
• Website content pages maintenance
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the front desk and student administration
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing or Communication Studies or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, advantage in a related service industry
• Good understanding of the local and overseas education industry
• Good verbal and written English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Creative thinking, self-motivated, well-organized and able to prioritise workload
• Proficient in Windows applications, including MS Word, Excel, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Immediate availablity is preferrable
