Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Group Marketing Manager, the candidate shall support Group Marketing (HK and international markets) on marketing and branding activities and events (including day to day communication, new product launch, cross-brands collaboration, media events, new stores opening and new market expansion)
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Provide administrative support on meetings, budget, payments and external parties communication
• Consolidate and file reports and project documentations including pitch deck, reports, quotation and invoices
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Group Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communication, Marketing or Event Management
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
• Have sound knowledge of computer software applications, preferably with knowledge of and experience in MS Office applications
• Have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Japanese being an advantage
• Have good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Be attentive to details and a good team player
• Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
