Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist team lead to manage all phases of the projects including planning, internal team collaboration, external vendor relationship management, resources allocation within the budget as well as change and risk management;
Provide all-rounded support to internal teams such as trainer referral, advising training topic, defining training scope, etc.;
Source professional trainers for providing quality training and evaluate the effectiveness based on the feedback from user;
Propose and develop training programmes that meet business needs;
Ÿ Analyze programme data and drive insights to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the programme; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Business or related disciplines;
Preferably no less than 6 years of experience in managing innovation projects or training programmes and development roles in entrepreneurship, innovation and technology;
Proven work experience in project management that successfully leads projects within the timeframe and budget;
With entrepreneur experience is an advantage;
A good team player with positive mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-minded, self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to work with professional service providers, professional associations and colleagues at all levels; and
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position.
