Our client is a reputable retail group with business in the luxury sector across Greater China.  They are seeking for a high caliber to assist top management in driving brand performance and business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Work with top management and senior managers in handling various business proposal to develop luxury brand business in Greater China (HK, Macau, Taiwan, PRC).  Responsible for multiple brand management with scope in driving close communication with business partners, brands, marketing strategies, to optimize business performance.
• Nurture relationship with brand principals.  Implement commercial policies of brands according to global guidelines.
• Draft contracts and business proposals according to management's direction.
• Support management in business expansion, market research, brand acquisition and negotiation with business partners.
• Work closely with internal departments including retail sales, marketing, finance, IT, operations etc. to facilitate effective communication and drive business objectives.

Requirement:

• Degree holder is a must.  Overseas degree is an advantage.
• 5 years experience in commercial sector.  Experience from multinational companies with retail or wholesale exposure is an advantage.
• Strong ability in problem solving and deliver insights from business issues.
• Solid experience in writing business proposals and presentation in English.
• Excellent in writing skills and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• High aptitude with Excel, PowerPoint and market research.
• Passionate, flexible and high adaptability.
