• Collect film-related materials and manage film and materials databases;
  
• Co-ordinate film logistic operations for the Festival and liaise with film distributors to ensure the delivery of film prints is on schedule;
• Organize the shipment of prints between film distributors and HKIFF, and handle all procedural arrangements including customs clearance and liaison with freight carriers;
• Work closely with technical team to ensure the standard of screening prints;
• Co-ordinate local film logistics between screening venues and liaise with service providers;
• Prepare and proofread film subtitles;
• Provide support to team members in preparing schedules or publications by verifying film information; and
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time.

• University graduate or equivalent;
• At least 2 years' working experience;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and proactively;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage;
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Access); and
• Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods.

 The above position is offered on temporary contract terms only.
