Responsibilities:

• Support on POS daily store operations.
• Support on CRM system operations.
• Monitor overall retail operation and administration of shops as well as the compliance of company policies / procedure.
• Handle daily operation of the shops including customer care and all communications correspondence between shops and office.
• Prepare regular retail reports for management review.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal departments regarding shop facilities maintenance & repair.
• Work closely with internal departments on Marketing activities.
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required.

• Higher Diploma.
• Proficient in computer skills on Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
• Proficient in MS Excel functions in Vlookup and Pivot Table is a MUST.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Can-do attitude, willing to take challenge, outgoing, presentable, proactive and responsive;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
