Job Description
Job Scope:
- Support on regular CRM data analysis with insights
- Dig into key-points and problems, to build data models independently (if needed)
- Carry out analysis projects with concrete conclusions and feasible solutions
- Conduct follow-up work based on business units’ feedback and fine-tune the outputs as needed
Requirements:
- University graduate in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science/Information System & Mathematics or relevant discipline
- Experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis for CRM
- Self-motivated and able to accomplish multiple tasks
- Details-oriented and willing to learn
