• Assist in organizing local and international events such as conferences, seminars, customer networking events, exhibitions, etc.
• Assist the manager on the digital and offline marketing campaign implementation
• Assist on website UI/UX development and update
• Support the design and production of branding and promotion marketing collaterals, including advertisements, corporate presentation materials, brochures, eDM etc.
• Provide administrative support to the team

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event organizing, handling events, conference and exhibition
• Bachelor's degree or above, degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related disciplines will be a plus
• Basic knowledge in React, JQuery, MySQL, HTML5, Javascript, CSS and RESTful services/APIs with Java/Node.js will be an advantage
• Working experience in IT industry, Telecom industry and creative agency will be a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Simplified Chinese
• Creative, detailed-minded, independent, and strong project management skill
• Good team player with communication skills
• Proactive, able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime and weekend when needed
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
