ScentAir is looking for a product marketing professional for our APAC Marketing Team. The suitable candidate will be able to communicate, suggest and influence in the product development process with HQ in the US and manage fragrance product customization for corporate clients. He/she will be a key contact person liaising with external vendor/factory and production house.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

• Research, source, design turn-key fragrance products or raw materials for internal product production in alignment with company margin goals
• Manage fragrance product and fragrance assortment, keeping up with trends and market research to guide product development
• Work with Global hub & Marketing Lead for determining product positioning and creative design
• Monitor fragrance trends, present trends to internal team and develop new fragrances if needed
• Work with strategic customers on development of private label fragrance products
• Guide fragrance product price points through market research
• Work closely with global hub to manage regional scent sampling product initiatives to drive sales including methodology, sourcing, design, and feasibility
• Assist with other fragrance development needs including modifications for fragrance products, modifications for performance or regulatory needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 5 years or above work experience in product development and marketing. 
• Experience on fragrance product development is an advantage. Experience on gift and premium industry is also considered.
• Strong project management and ownership for quality products deliverable
• Resourceful and strong problem solver
• Strong communication and influential skills on managing customer’s expectation
• Proactive & independent team member who is self-motivated and passionate with a can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded and well-organized
• Proficient with current software packages such as Adobe CS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
