Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration work for Central Market
• Prepare vacancy list, leasing proposals, offer to lease, licence agreement, tenancy agreement and other related documentation
• Negotiate with existing tenants for renewal
• Prepare regular reports, manage files, coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handle complaints
• Liaise with direct clients and real estate agents for inspection and handle and follow up with enquiries
• Source new clients constantly in order to bring in new concepts and brands to the project

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in property leasing                        
• Proactive and customer-oriented      
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Stationed in Central
