Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive traffic to events, increase readers, online platform members and active users
• Create marketing content in formats not limited to copywriting, images and video
• Invite recruitment and education institute partners in joint promotion and media barter   
• Promote and circulate recruitment and education publications  
  
• Prepare marketing collaterals which generally includes print and online advertisements, leaflet and press releases
• Assist the Marketing Manager in the preparation of expense report, cost and budget report           
• Collaborate with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of event promotion and operation
• Support other team members in the marketing event execution         
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team 

Requirements:                                                                                                            

• University graduate in Marketing or related discipline 
• Minimum 1 year working experience in event management/marketing (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese with strong copywriting skills 
• Experience with in digital marketing tools (e.g. SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords etc) is a must 
• Experience in integrating digital and social media tactics into event experience approach (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn etc) 
• Sensitive to the market trend which can effectively capture audience 
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills  
• A good team player with positive can-do attitude
• Experience in online marketing/media industry is a plus
• Photo and video editing skills are a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
