Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events related to financial service industries
• To coordinate logistical arrangements and to provide onsite support for events including but not limited to conferences, seminars, webinars, ceremonies, gala evenings, networking cocktails, etc.; and to liaise with the event venue, service vendors and internal departments on the required technical setup for different events
• To liaise with speakers / VIPs / travel agency on travel arrangement and collection of marketing materials
• To liaise and maintain good relations with relevant business contact, industry and trade associations
• To handle enquiries from event participants and undertake any ad-hoc on-site duties
• To closely update the database of business leaders and to keep track of any major management movement of top conglomerates

Requirements: 

• Proactive, self-initiated and detail-minded
• Mature, creative, with team spirits
• Meticulous and detail-minded
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
• Solid prior experience in event management will be an advantage

Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
