Responsibilities:

• Formulate the leasing strategy and assist in trade mix planning
• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class RETAIL premises including Times Square & Plaza Hollywood
• Liaise with real estate agents
• Analyze market trends
• Prepare leasing reports

Requirements:

• University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines
• At least 6 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS applications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
