Responsibilities:

• Formulate business and media strategies on digital engagement and digital sales for existing client to achieve business goals
• Initiate and implement effective marketing campaigns from end-to-end to drive sales conversion digitally
• Analyze & utilize MIS data to make recommendations to improve overall strategies.
• Work with product team to create opportunities to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiencies
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns
• Facilitate content update for Mobile App for driving promotions for digital sales

• Minimum 4 years of banking and/or marketing & communications and/or advertising experience
• Banking product/ Cards and Unsecured Lending product knowledge is a plus
• Experienced digital sales/e-commerce knowledge in driving existing client sales and engagement is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Excellent Microsoft applications skill is required
• Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud/Google Marketing Platform is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of compliance awareness
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, aggressive, proactive and dynamic
• Dedicated, willing to work under pressure, able to motivate others
