Job Description

Compass Offices, is a leading fast-growing APAC flexible office space provider with our network reaching Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Singapore and Vietnam.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our Group Marketing Team. Your role will be leading the development and implementation of the communications strategy and corporate branding for Compass Offices through the use of press and media relations, social media and content marketing to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.


Responsibilities

  • Define, shape and implement communications, corporate branding and key messaging for Compass Offices across APAC
  • Lead the content team in editorial planning, content development, graphic design and production of all print and digital publications
  • Responsible for delivering engaging content for lead generation and driving brand awareness via promotional campaigns, social media, internal and external newsletters, flyers, videos, press releases, website content, presentation decks, blog articles, marketing collaterals, client events, etc
  • Work closely with the digital team and agencies to ensure content quality and SEO targets
  • Edit, proofread and improve copywriting and creatives to ensure that the publications meet high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Familiar with analytic tools on user engagement metrics and provide analysis on performance optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with the content marketing strategy, industry and market trends to initiate new ideas to support the company’s growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of proven work experience in PR, communications and branding, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as relevant marketing and automation tools
  • Good knowledge of SEO and web metrics
  • Native English speaker preferred, excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail, flexible and adapt to fast-changing environment
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
