Responsibilities: 

• Assist in sourcing and buying programmes from global distributors;
• Handling screeners, screening and evaluating programmes, proofreading contracts, following up with distributors on material delivery;
• Responsible for administrative work for the department, especially those related to programme acquisition process;
• Undertake programmes research through multiple sources, both inside and outside TV industry.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder, 2 years relevant working experience in TV industry preferable;
• Detail oriented, organized, good social skills and strong problem solving ability;
• Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work independently;
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a must;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Programme Acquisition Executive.
