• Print production coordinators are in charge of monitoring the production of printing materials from preflight to project printing completion.
• Develop printing, production job parameters, quality control and research production alternatives inclusive of sourcing vendors, paper stocks and production materials review.
• Provision of training and coaching to subordinates
• Ensure overall printing quality of the team

• Develop printing costs and production timeline
• Develop order process, issue PO and monitor on time delivery
• Monitor and communicate closely with all relevant departments to ensure printing quality
• Review all final art files before releasing to printer to assure accuracy and must be within project/estimate scope
• Review CTP files plus printing proofs for precision
• Execute In-house digital printing production
• Schedule and coordinate all packaging production phases performing closely with external and internal as well as print suppliers.
• Maintain proactively company files to ensure all images, text and logos are included and updated.
• Head responsibility for quality control aspects on allocated print projects.
• To work closely with the Production Supervisors to understand any production problems that arise and liaise with the client to present the issues convincingly before them and follow through until the problems are resolved without delay.
• Provide skills training and coaching of team members in the team
• Solve potential printing problems
• Explore printing vendor options for product development
• Drive printing quality advancement

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years’ relevant as a print production coordinator
• Previous experience working with commercial print vendors
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Able to communicate well in both English and Cantonese is preferred
