Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data management
- Maintain data accuracy in systems, data validation, and Item master maintenance
- Assist in preparing operations-related reports and KPI review
- Maintain demand and supply planning data file
- Assist S&OP process to provide data consolidation
- PO management, Inventory monitoring, stock allocation, order fulfillment, and Supporting sales admin
- ERP key user and orders execution
- Monitor supply issues and assist in supply alignment meetings
- Support line manage
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Education and Experience required
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Supply chain and distributions operation (Medical device/manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Knowledge in managing ERP system and Microsoft Excel applications
- Strong analytical skills with a numerical sense
- Organized, detail-oriented, independent, and willing to learn / continuous improvement.
- Good Team Player with a strong sense of self-initiative and responsibility
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supply Chain officer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
