Our client is a leader in the medical technology industry with a portfolio of products. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implantation of medical equipment and follow up
• Provide technical supports during surgery in hospitals
• Consult with both clinical and non-clinical hospital staff through the implementation process
• Provide ongoing advice and guidance to maximise utilisation of the system to enable best value from contracts
• Undertake case support & troubleshooting for surgical teams

Requirements:

• Life science degree or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience
• 2-4 years of experiences in the medical services field
• Extensive experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education development/training
• Ability to function within an executive business environment
• Demonstrated experience in customer and peer training, specifically related to advanced technology within a clinical environment
• Ability to cooperate with across functional teams
• Maintain and adhere to timelines for the installation & implementation of project plan, arranging case observations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
