Job Descriptions:

• Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable confirmations
• Perform general accounting work (i.e. Data entry, filing, expenses and cheque issuing)
• Prepare Invoices, Statements and Payments
• Assist in month end closing, timely conduct monthly financial reports and analysis for management review
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• Assist in general clerical & office administrative support

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree or above in Accounting.
• 1 years relevant experience is preferred or fresh grad is welcome
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Independent and self-motivated
• Immediately available will be an advantage
