Job Description
Responsibilities:
- ŸProvides dietetic advice and counselling services
- ŸConduct classes and workshops to educate clients in self-managing dietary habits to prevent risk factors leading to chronic diseases
- ŸReport to the Chief Care Coordinator of Yuen Long District Health Centre (YLDHC) and assist in promotional activities as assigned
- ŸRequire to take on flexible hours and Saturday or Sunday duties on occasions
- ŸMay be required to rotate among various centres in Yuen Long
Requirements:
- ŸPost-graduate diploma in dietetics or a bachelor of science degree in dietetics, inclusive of an internship, or equivalent; AND on the list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitians
- ŸFive aggregate years of patient care related practice in dietetic service
- ŸWorking experience in primary healthcare services will be an advantage
- ŸFluent in Chinese, English and preferably, communicable in Mandarin
- ŸKeen in teamwork and skill in persuasive techniques
