Responsibilities:

• To support Management in planning and implementing purchasing strategies
• To work on cost analysis, supplier selection and recommendation
• To monitor, review and evaluate the performance of suppliers
• To deal with suppliers in purchasing & sourcing of raw materials according to production schedule
• To participate into purchasing cycle from processing of purchase orders, monitoring delivery and quality of goods to inventory control
• To prepare purchasing document, statistics and reports
• To perform tasks and ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of purchasing / procurement experience in manufacturing / Toys / Engineering industries
• Preference will be given to those with exposure in ERP system
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese including Cantonese, fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word
• With strong negotiation & analytical skills
• Well organized and a good team player
• Alternative Saturday off
