Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Lead all purchasing activities of movement suppliers, drive continuous improvement of cost competitiveness, lead-time reduction, delivery reliability and movement innovation from movement suppliers.
• Implement the movement purchasing strategy, review the implementation progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Measure supplier performance regularly, drive suppliers to take corrective actions for performance improvement.
• Review and define yearly KPI of movement supply with the management. Support relevant reports of KPI in movement supply management regularly.
• Manage supply risks by implementing the risk management programs.

Skills and competence required:

• Tertiary education background.
• Minimum 3-5 years solid purchasing experience, experience in watch business is a plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• SAP software experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
