Job Description
Role Purpose:
Our Junior Merchandiser / Merchandiser Assistant are responsible for everyday end to end merchandising activities and support in the global sourcing and chain supply projects.
What you will be handling:
- Responsible for order follow-up, buying trips preparation, sample handling and showroom management
- Engage in merchandising process such as sourcing, product development, article & offer management and supplier management
- Work directly with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with internal departments e.g. Packaging, Quality Assurance, Logistics and other external service providers to ensure on-time shipment
- Maintain accurate and updated order status and product information in supply chain system

- Experience and knowledge in merchandising / trading industry

- Strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
- Passionate in connecting with people and adopting high level of interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel when needed
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / International Business or equivalent discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant merchandising experience, EU market experience is preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Merchandiser Assistant
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
