Responsibilities:

• Solid experience in sourcing materials, price comparison / negotiation / planning for delivery, and ability to optimize the cost & source structure;  
• Act as a sourcing officer in purchasing department; 
• Source new suppliers and vendors and find new sourcing opportunities in different territories; 
• Continuously search for market knowledge and innovations through shows, exhibitions, seminars, or other channels; 
• Review contract terms and conditions and negotiate the best price and terms; 
• Assist Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations & record updating;  
• Provide regular reports with analysis for existing procurement activities, potential sources, products, and cost savings opportunities; 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management or related discipline;  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement ;  
• Excellent research and analytical skills;
• Strong in problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure;  
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, and video conference tools like Zoom and MS Teams; 
• Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with an initiative to work in a dynamic environment and tight deadlines;  
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;  
• Familiar with cost analysis knowledge is preferred; 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Procurement Officer ; 
• Immediately available is preferred.
