Responsibilities:

- Keep vendors list up to date, and share with concerned staff on a monthly basis;
- Review and handle quotation or tender document;
- Work closely with Procurement Department in negotiations with vendors (focusing on best price, quality, delivery time);
- Finalizing tendering documents.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree holders (preferably in the field of Engineering)
- 1 year or more relevant experience in tendering preparation and negotiation are preferable;
- Excellent organization, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in PC software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto CAD drawing;
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese;
- Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently
- Enjoy working in a team and possess good interpersonal skills;
