Job Description

To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for a high caliber to join us:

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the Business Partner – Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Finance, the Product Creation teams, Corporate Manufacturing groups and international subsidiary management teams by establishing strong working relationships;
  • Support the Global Costing & Allocation Directors/ Costing Team in ensuring availability of costing performance results for global Business Unit at each key milestone for quantitative assessment to facilitate product value/margin/FOB discussion with cross-functional teams, recommend tactical actions/adjustment in season;
  • Provide costing support and consultation services to all lines of business performing Economic Studies Pricing, Product Management and Technology Development;
  • Provides analysis to Category Teams and the Sourcing/Costing organization;
  • Investigate, explain and address process discrepancies using data derived from our internal business intelligence sources;
  • Conduct Costing System Training (Andromeda) internal (Asia sourcing team) & external (Asian suppliers);
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in textile / Economics/ Business Administration related;
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering from multinational companies, preferably in garment industry;
  • Able to manage interpersonal interactions of a complex and critical nature, develop and cultivate personal and professional relationships within and outside the company;
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Provide ongoing support to assigned development categories, ensuring understanding of cost drivers at model and category level, and identifying and eliminating any cost information gaps;
  • Manage creation and delivery of periodic formal margin and other reports;
  • Analytical mind with good presentation skills;
  • A good team player with excellent communication skill and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented and good business sense;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight time schedule;
  • Advanced in IT skills (MS Excel & PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
