Job Description
Lidl Asia are hiring for a Textile Pattern Maker who will create / standardise patterns and create 3D to support throughout the design and development process. Depending on the successful candidate's level of experience, we are open to hiring a Junior Pattern Maker or Pattern Maker.
- Create and maintain standard blocks with approved fitting to support the Quality Team
- Create and maintain 3D blocks using 3D software to support Product Designers
- Maintain e-pattern, 3D block, and fabric libraries
- Liaise and collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the product development cycle
- Pattern grading
- Communicate design and fit changes during 3D block creation
- A motivated team player with a creative mindset
- Minimum of 3 - 7 years of work experience with Pattern Making, Fitting and Design
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Garment / Fashion Technology, Fashion Design or related degree
- Strong knowledge of garment design and construction methods from development through to production
- Proficient knowledge of Gerber Accumark (or Lectra Modaris) or other 2D CAD pattern making software
- Experience with 3D software (Browzwear / CLO3D) will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
