Quality Specialist - Kidswear

Our client is a well known international buying office, they are looking for a Quality Specialist under the Quality team responsible for kidswear / womenswear product quality, safety, vendor compliance and fitting issues.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for kidswear / womenswear and apparel product quality, safety and legal quality standard
• Handle product quality and technical evaluation during product development
• Conduct benchmarking & market reviews to drive quality standards within the category.
• Make sure testing requirements for products to the appropriate level of due diligence and regulatory compliance
• Responsible for vendor compliance by supporting technical pre-audits
• Monitor returns and customer complaints, handle risk assessment to avoid potential risks and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure product and supplier meet all company and international policies and standards
• Support department and company on any innovation projects

Requirements:

• At least 3 years apparel QA/Technical experience in an international buying office
• Able to work under fast paced culture
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering safe, legal and quality kidswear / womenswear products
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin
