Working in a multi-cultural and design driven environment, you will focus on the upscale and innovative knitted fabric for the world iconic fashion leader for the global retail market.  

Working closely with US design team on the material trend,  research and development, you will partner with  mills and   suppliers to translate the concepts into  actual material within the target cost and quality standards, while  driving sustainability, traceability, material innovation, and material performance target.

You will utilize your extensive knowledge on supplier networking, up-to-date fabric price trend, solid technology of knitted fabric, suppliers' capabilities, and supplier evaluation and assessment to lead the  entire development and commercialization cycle.  You will  lead   cross functional teams to resolve issues on  quality, colour issues, material construction, and finishing within the expectations. 

You will also work with the Head of Material in HK to continue discover the ongoing  material innovation, cost optimization opportunities, and lead-time reduction opportunities  within the textile suppliers in the Asia Region. 

 If you have 15 years of relevant experience with a degree in the textile technology or related disciplines, have proved track records of achievements in both sourcing and fabric manufacturing environments, and with good verbal/written English communication abilities, then we would like to hear from you.
