Responsibilities:

• Support management for the preparation of budget & business planning, financial analysis and management reporting of the Mainland investment properties
• Review and improve operational performance of the properties by coordinating and liaising with various internal departments, with focus on procurement and budget control
• Identify issues, discuss and work closely with functional teams to ensure the operational and business mandates from management are duly implemented
• Work on quantitative and qualitative study to understand customers and mall performance
• Provide support on the regular update of business performance reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduates in Business Administration/ Surveying/ Real Estate/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Statistics or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of experience with track record in conducting business and operational analysis for management reporting, marketing research, business consulting, data analytics/ intelligence
• Experience in retail/ shopping mall is highly preferred
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, sensitive to numbers, and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Manager
