Our Legal and Contracts Department is responsible for the Group’s legal and contractual matters. It covers all regions where Aedas has a presence. We are looking for high caliber candidate for the position of Legal and Contracts Administrator:-

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Legal and Contracts and the Legal and Contracts Manager and provide support to other departments;
• Ensure compliance with company policies in contracts review and execution
• Advise project teams and other departments on contractual and legal matters in relation to the Group’s business
• Assist project teams in professional fees recovery
• Assist in litigation and alternative dispute resolution
• Draft, prepare, review and take the lead in the negotiation of contractual terms and conditions of all kinds of contractual documents relating to the Group’s business

Requirements:

• Holder of a law degree in any jurisdiction, with not less than 5 years of relevant work experience
• Professional qualification (qualified lawyer, legal executive, MCIArb, etc.) is an advantage
• Solid legal drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing is a must
• Knowledge in the preparation of documents for legal proceedings is an advantage
